Revolution in the vacuum
Following some long lost instinct
So many are out there running along
When all else fails reset back to what we did way back in the day
Every cloud has a silver lining
People just running along for the pure joy
Breathing that air, all senses alive, vibrant and happy
to be out and about.
When we get through this shite we should remember
what running did for us now. The pure joy of movement .
Forget the fast ,the slow, the first or last , how we get caught up in the winning and losing.. Not even close to the real deal of just being out there
Cannot wait to have a group session anytime, anywhere just for the craic and to listen to all the great shite that is spoken
Hang in there now. Won[t be long. We]ll have the mother and father of all parties. After a run of course, For all you guys that have gotten your running mojo back keep it going . I have a feeling Striders is going to be bigger and stronger than ever. The roads are full of newbie's
