The Striders senior athletes finished the year on a real high, winning both team and individual medals at the Wexford Intermediate Cross Country championships, at Lingstown, Kilmore. Well done to George Delaney, who was the only Strider competing in the Leinster Cross Country championships in Ferbane, Co Offaly. George had a fantastic run over a tough course, that was well churned up after the juvenile races.

Tough running today for our Seniors at the Leinster Novice. Women 4km and men 6km. Sloppy conditions but all safely home across the line.
