Well done to Ciara Kelly and Aaron Browne on two fantastic performances at national indoor level. Aaron comfortably eased his way through the semi final and into the U15 800m final. Meanwhile Ciara Kelly was jumping her way through the early rounds of the U17 High Jump. This amazing picture captures Ciara clearing 1:35m, with perfect technique and centimetres to spare. Ciara eventually managed a top ten finish at national level and continues to be the clubs outstanding under age high jumper.
Aaron ran a perfect race to record a fourth place finish, in a PB time of 2:11, in the 800m final. Given this was his second race of the day, this was an exceptional achievement.
