Striders on tour again today. The venue Kilmacow Open Sports.
We were 2nd in the overall club award on 38 points. 6 points behind Waterford AC. Ahead of St Joseph’s, St Laurence O’Toole’s,Thomastown,West Waterford, Bree and a host of others. This despite winning no medals in field events and missing a host of proven performers. So how did we do this. Basically sprints,middle distance, relays and walks
