Evening 1 at the Senior County Track & Field and as per usual the Striders started with a bang! Lots of new superstars emerging tonight, with lots of medals picked up by both the men and women. And some fantastic sprint finishes.

4th – Liz Keating, Maria Ronan, Beth O’Connor, Paula Freeman.

3rd – Aedan Rogers, Colin Carney, Alan O’Connor, John McGrath.
So many other huge efforts that there’s loads to mention, like Beth and Maria 4th and 5th in the Senior 3,000m. Caitriona and Liz 4th and 5th in the Senior 800m. Four of the 7 lanes in the 100m Novice were Striders ladies! Pat O’Callaghan and Emmett Malone with great efforts in the Senior 5,000m and 1,500m Masters. What a night!
