Our juniors Darragh Flannelly and Adam O’Connor had very brave runs in a top class field of 13 juniors in the 800m. Both ran excellent races to finish within range of their PBs but were unlucky not to medal on the day. It’s great to see these guys moving up the ages and competing on the same day with senior members. The Leinster Indoor Championships ended with Day 4, of this event. The Striders had one team in action, our BU19 relay team in the 4 x 200m event. The boys did really well, on their first indoor outing of the year, in finishing 4th place, in a competitive final. Well done Aaron, Daniel, Conor, Patrick and Luke.
