Many hands make light work, and even helping out once or twice a year makes a real difference.
Interested in coaching?
The club will cover the cost of Athletics Ireland coaching courses.
Speak to any committee member if you'd like to get involved.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to race?
No. Many members simply enjoy training and the social side of the club.

A club singlet is required for county, provincial and national championship races. For most open races you can wear any running top, although many members choose to wear club gear.

Where should I park?
Parking is available at the Town Park, Marshmeadows Quarter and Lidl (depending on the training session).
Can I try different training groups?
Absolutely. Speak to one of the coaches and we'll help you find the group that best suits your current fitness and goals.
